What can we establish from the public record?
Yu Sleep is presented through a seller website with product information, purchase pages, contact information and published shipping and refund policies. The public BBB profile also contains complaint and customer-review records.
Those observations support the existence of a sales operation. They do not independently establish that the finished formula is clinically effective, that every marketing claim is accurate, or that manufacturing credentials have been verified.

The seller's contact page names Quantum Wealth LLC and lists a registration address in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. That is the seller website's own declaration; this review did not independently verify a corporate registry record or establish that the named entity is the manufacturer.
A seller, payment processor, return warehouse and manufacturer can be different entities. Treat each role separately when checking a purchase.
What do public complaints show?
At the time of the September 19, 2026 review, the BBB complaint profile displayed five complaints: four marked resolved and one answered. The visible themes included refunds, delivery and dissatisfaction.
These records are a small, self-selected set of consumer reports. They cannot establish a typical customer experience or a product success rate. Read the original complaint, the business response and the current status rather than treating the count as a product score.
Does legitimacy mean Yu Sleep works?
No. These are separate evidence questions. A company can sell a real product while the evidence for a particular health claim remains uncertain. Conversely, a lack of product-specific clinical evidence does not by itself prove that a seller is fraudulent.
For Yu Sleep, the main evidence gap identified by this review is product-specific efficacy: we did not locate an identifiable randomized trial of the finished Yu Sleep formula in the sources reviewed. Some individual ingredients have been studied, but those studies do not automatically validate the complete blend.
